Privacy Policy

My Morning Routine ("we", "our", or "the app") is built by Hajola. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.

1. Data We Collect

Account data:

• Email address (for authentication)
• Display name (optional, if you set one)

Usage data:

• Routines you create (titles, activities, durations)
• Completion logs (date, time taken, pauses)
• Streak and statistics data
• Brain dump notes and journal entries
• Mood ratings (if provided)

Purchase data:

• Subscription status and expiry date
• Product identifier (e.g. annual or lifetime)
• Purchase verification tokens (processed server-side, not stored long-term)

Device data:

• Local notification preferences (stored on your device only)

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

• Location data
• Contacts or address book
• Photos, camera, or microphone access
• Advertising identifiers or tracking pixels
• Health data from HealthKit or Google Fit

3. How We Use Your Data

• Provide the service: Store your routines, track your streaks, show your statistics
• Authentication: Verify your identity when you log in
• Subscription management: Verify your premium status

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties.

4. Where Your Data Is Stored

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (hosted on AWS). Notification preferences, theme settings, and app preferences are stored locally on your device. All data is encrypted in transit via TLS.

5. Third-Party Services

• Supabase — Authentication and database (their privacy policy)
• Firebase / Google Analytics — Anonymized app usage analytics and crash reporting (their privacy policy)
• Apple App Store / Google Play — In-app purchase processing

We do not use ad networks or sell data to third parties.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account directly in the app via Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, routines, logs, and all associated data. You can also request deletion by emailing us at hello@mymorningroutine.app — we will process requests within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

My Morning Routine is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email.
