Welcome to My Morning Routine ("the app", "we", "our"), built by Hajola. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Using the App

My Morning Routine helps you build and track personalised morning routines. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in the app (routines, journal entries, brain dumps, mood ratings). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

By using shared routine features, you grant other users a limited right to view the routine details you choose to share. You can stop sharing at any time.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Some features require a premium subscription, billed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Refunds are handled by the respective app store according to their policies.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
• Use the app to distribute malicious content or spam.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data.
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws.

6. Availability & Changes

We strive to keep the app available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

The app provides tools for building habits — it does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account.

9. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we use it.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
